WHAT IS WINTERFEST?
TENTED CONCERT + LIVE DJs + HOT FASHION SHOWS + SNOWBOARDING RAIL JAM + BREAK DANCERS + GRAFFITI ARTISTS + VENDORS + GAMES + DANCING + BEER + DRINKS + AWESOMENESS.
Winterfest in the Village will consist of two consecutive nights and a daytime festival. Saturday February 4th daytime festival will be free admission, which will include local and non-local vendors, entertainment, food, and family oriented interactive activities starting at 11:00 am. Saturday will also feature our XOS Rail Jam contest for all ages from 3:30PM - 7:00PM. For XOS Rail Jam information and to register, please visit our RAIL JAM PAGE. Tickets are on sale now for our tented DJ concert on Friday February 3rd & 4th. Doors open at 5:00 pm. A live fashion show in the tent will take place with insane beats dropped by 2DEADBEATZ, DUALITY, SHIBBY, MC2, and AYLA SIMONE. Our headlining DJ's are REVOLVR, TATIANA FONTES & KRISTINA SKY - who are all sure to rock the mountain. It's a Battle of the Sexes, so be prepared to experience good old fashioned competition!

This event is for 18 years of age and older. For those that are 21, make sure to check out our Winter Wonder Lounge for some beer, wine & cocktails.

$1 of each sale benefits B4BC - Boarding for Breast Cancer. B4BC is a non-profit, youth-focused education, awareness, and fundraising foundation. Our mission is to increase awareness about breast cancer, the importance of early detection and the value of an active lifestyle.

The Village of Big Bear offers all kinds of convenient & free parking within walking distance of the event. Just make sure to look out for tow-away zone signs & non-overnight parking signs to make sure you're in a legit & worry-free spot for the night.

FAQ's
Is Winterfest free?
XOS Big Bear Winterfest is free to everyone of all ages from 11AM to 7PM on Saturday February 4th. You can enjoy the games and festivities, see local shops and vendors, and watch the Rail Jam all for free. You will however, need to purchase a ticket to access the tented DJ concert and fashion show, with doors opening at 5PM both Friday February 3rd and Saturday the 4th. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

I bought a ticket for Friday's tented event; is my ticket good for Saturday's tented event too?
No. If you wish to attend both nights of the tented concert (which we recommend you do!) then you will need to purchase two separate tickets. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

Will there be alcohol?
Yes. Beer + drinks will be available for purchase for anyone 21 years of age or older. You MUST have a valid ID required to purchase alcholic beverages. No exceptions.

I'm 18, can I still rock out at the tented event?
Absolutely. The event is here for anyone 18 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 will NOT be admitted into the tented event. For everyone under the age of 18, there are plenty of fun-filled activities to enjoy from 11AM - 7PM on Saturday February 4th, including watching and competing in the RAIL JAM!

I bought a ticket online. What happens now?
Your ticket will be available for pick-up via will-call at the door of the event. Doors open at 5PM both Friday and Saturday. Bring a valid ID and your confirmation receipt to make the process seamless.

Can I compete in the Rail Jam?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. Please visit our RAIL JAM PAGE for more details on how to register.

Is the Rail Jam at Bear Mountain?
No. The Rail Jam will be right in the Village of Big Bear Lake! The guys of Galvanic Design that put on CAMPUS RAIL JAM are bringing in ramps and rails, so the event is sure to be off the hook!

What if there's no snow? Is Winterfest still going on? Is the Rail Jam still going down?
Absolutely YES. Winterfest is so hot just the planning of the event has melted the snow! But seriously, the event is going down no matter what. As far as the Rail Jam goes- we will be at higher elevation with cooler temps, so making snow and laying it down is not a problem. Lack of snow should be the least of your worries.

I bought my ticket but now I can't go. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot give out refunds. All ticket sales are final so we recommend canceling ALL of your other plans so you can go!

Where will DJs play? Where is the event happening?
We are bringing a massive tent to the Village of Big Bear. It will be warm and filled with awesome music, live fashion shows, battling DJs, break dancers, and a bunch of other Winterfest awesomeness. Big Bear didn't have a venue largest enough for our event, so we're bringing it there.
